Welcome to Hudhud House. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital and printed products from {{OWNER_NAME}}, trading as Hudhud House ("we", "us", "our"), through {{DOMAIN}} and our authorised sales channels. By buying or downloading from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase.

In plain words: What you buy is for your own family to use and enjoy — print it as much as you like at home. Please don't resell it, share the files, or claim it as your own. Digital sales are final, except we'll always fix a file that's genuinely broken.

1. What we sell

We sell (a) digital products — print-ready PDF printables and a Notion template, delivered instantly by download or duplicate link; and (b) paperback books, which are printed and shipped by Amazon. These Terms cover our products and the license to use them; paperback purchases are also subject to Amazon's own terms, delivery, and returns policies.

2. Your license to use our products

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal and family use. Under this license, you may:

Download and save the files for your own use;
Print the pages as many times as you like for yourself and the children in your household;
Use the Notion template within your own Notion account.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the products or files;
Share, forward, upload, or post the files publicly or send them to others;
Claim the work as your own, or remove any branding or copyright notices;
Use the products or their contents to create competing products for sale.

Teachers, schools, and study groups: the standard license covers one family/household. If you'd like to use our materials with a classroom, weekend school, or group, please contact us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} about a suitable license — we're happy to help.

3. Intellectual property

All content in our products — text, illustrations, layouts, and design — is the intellectual property of Hudhud House / {{OWNER_NAME}}, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants the license above; it does not transfer ownership.

4. Religious content

Our Islamic materials use our own-worded reflections and refer to surahs by name and ayah number; where du'as are mentioned they are referenced to well-known collections. Any Hijri or Ramadan dates we provide are for guidance only and are subject to local moon sighting. Our products are educational family resources and are not a substitute for scholarly guidance.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly: after a successful purchase you receive a download link on screen and by email (and, for the Notion template, a duplicate link). Please keep your receipt email so you can re-download. Paperbacks are printed on demand and shipped by Amazon according to Amazon's stated timelines.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except as follows: if a file is faulty, corrupted, or won't open, contact us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} within a reasonable time and we will repair the file, resend it, or provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Paperbacks are covered by Amazon's returns policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and products lawfully and not to misuse them, attempt to disrupt the site, or infringe the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" for educational and personal-enrichment purposes. While we work hard to make them accurate and useful, we make no guarantees of any particular learning outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hudhud House and {{OWNER_NAME}} are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Third-party services

Purchases may be completed through third-party platforms (such as our checkout, payment, and marketplace partners). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use of our site or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
